Help Us Protect and Grow Our Community Pool
Summer 2026 has been amazing! We hope you’ve made wonderful memories with us this season. Despite the Fourth of July heat wave, we kept the fun going with Bingo Night, Movie Night, Karaoke, and plenty of time in the pool. We were also thrilled to welcome many new families to our pool community. As we look ahead, we’re asking our members to help support important pool-house and pool maintenance through one of several planned fundraisers.
Why your support is needed
This past season, our Vice President, Tom, worked with professionals to safely remove a family of raccoons from the pool-house attic and install a barrier to prevent animals from reentering. This work cost $800 after negotiation. During the removal, we discovered that animals living in the attic over the years had damaged the electrical wiring. For safety reasons, the Board approved rewiring the pool house, which was completed for $1,500 after negotiation. This is just one of several extra costs that had to be faced this past year and previous years.
The best way to support the pool before the season is:
- Become a pool member if you haven’t already.
- Recruit new members by sharing information about our pool with friends and neighbors.
- Purchase a yard sign to support pool improvements and promote our community pool.
- Purchase extra guest passes to bring friends, families, potential new memberships.
Please note that these donations are not tax deductible, and we are not permitted to solicit donations from the general public. For that reason, the fundraising items can be added to the cart only to members logged into their member account.

Purchase a pool yard sign
You’ve probably seen pool yard signs throughout our neighborhoods. These signs do more than show community pride—they help spread awareness of the pool and encourage future membership. As Membership Chair, I’ve seen firsthand how effective they are in helping recruit new families.
For a minimum $30 donation toward pool-house maintenance, you will receive a double-sided pool yard sign and ground stake. Our original signs have held up for nearly three years, so we expect these new signs to be equally durable.
First order will be placed December 15th.

Guest Pass Special for 2027
Did your teenager run through your complementary guest passes this past summer? Did you find yourself inviting friends to the pool instead of over your house…and it worked out great?
Normally, additional guest pass packs will run you $60 for a pack of 10. For 2027, we are offering for a limited time guest passes in a pack of 20 for $100! All guest passes purchased separately from the complimentary ones carry over to the following year. Take advantage of this deal now as we prepare for summer 2027!!!
